    Ans (a) Freedom of trade and profession

    The Constitution of India, taking into consideration the need and the importance of work, enshrines and has guaranteed a fundamental right under article 19( 1) (g) to practise any profession or to carry on any occupation, trade or business to all the citizens residing with the jurisdiction of the country.

    Fundamental Rights under Articles 15, 16, 19, 29 and 30 are available only to citizens and not to foreigners.

    Fundamental Rights available to both citizens and foreigners (except enemy aliens) are rights available under Articles 14, 20, 21, 21(A), 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28.
