  1. Rigvedic Aryans used the coat of mail and helmet in warfare whereas the people of the Indus Valley Civilization did not leave any evidence of using them.
  2. Rigvedic Aryans knew gold, silver and copper whereas Indus Valley people knew only copper and iron.

    Ans (b) 1 and 3 only
    Rigvedic Aryans used the coat of mail and helmet in warfare, whereas the people of the Indus Valley Civilization did not leave any evidence of using them. Hence, Statement 1 is correct.
    Rigvedic Aryans knew gold, silver and copper. However, Indus Valley people also knew about gold, silver, copper, and iron. Hence, Statement 2 is not correct.
    Rigvedic Aryans domesticated the horse, while there is no evidence of Indus Valley people having aware of this animal. Hence, Statement 3 is correct.
